    Try this.

    You may have to change the object type.
    I don't even know what a wma sound file is.

    <script type="text/javascript">
    <!--//
    function playIt(){
    document.getElementByID[playThis].innerHTML.value='<object type="audio/midi" volume="60%" autostart="true" loop="1" MASTERSOUND src="'+dUit+'">';
    }

    //-->
    </script>
    </HEAD>

    <BODY>
    <div name="miDis" align="center">
    <form name="midiMenu" action="">
    <select
    onchange='if(options[selectedIndex].value)
    window.location.href=(options[selectedIndex].value);
    var dUit=(options[selectedIndex].value);playIt()'>
    // CHANGE OPTION VALUES TO REFLECT YOUR MIDI PATH & NAME
    <option>My Midi Menu</option>
    <option value="Trouble.mid">There's Your Trouble</option>
    <option value="BlueJeans.mid">Baby's Got Her Bluejeans On</option>
    <option value="Bootsctn.mid">Boot Scoot'in</option>
    <option value="GoodbyeEarl.mid">Goodbye Earl</option>
    </select>
    </form>
    </div>

    <div name="playThis"></div>
