Maybe you could just pay the instructor for a good grade...

Yah, if you bothered to read the rules/guidelines to this site, you'd see that help with homework is a big no-no... not to mention, I can't think of any half decent University that would not fail, if not expel, someone for actively paying someone to do their classwork (when it can be proved).

Hell, you could at least have TRIED to hide it, making it more a question, and removing the references to chapters we'll never see...

You deserve to fail, if only for waiting until 2 days before the deadline before starting this assignmemt.

Another course that is teaching antiquated JavaScript. At least in this instance since the person appears to have not learnt any of it they haven't learnt these bad bits either.

Wow i actually know how to do this ****. I just have hella other stuff to prepare for and this is going to take a good chunk out of my time. You nerdy *** *****es need to realize that not everyone is like you. Not everyone one spends there time on coding forum while chilling in their moms basement. Sorry for not being some guy who spends his whole life dedicated to a software. i just took this class cuz i need some occ ed credits for highschool. damn.

That response is so juvenile, I don't even know how to respond to it... though I'm awfully tempted to find out where ya go to school and inform them of this post...

Thank goodness I'm dedicated to programming, I couldn't imagine making my salary flipping burgers.

By the way, you need to realize you can't demand help from anyone any time you want and expect to get it. There are dozens of sites where you could hire a freelancer to do work for pay, instead you bring up a project on a help forum, one of whose primary rules is no helping with homework. Good job.

Contrary to your little temper tantrum, we're not all nerdy f***ers sitting in our parents basement. Many of us are professionals who come here to help others learn when we have a free minute or so. The only reasons you are getting the type of responses that you are is because:

    1. It's against the rules/guidelines to do homework for someone
    2. It's ethically wrong to pay someone (or get paid) to do someone else's homework
    3. Your blatant sense of entitlement is appalling: "im supposed to make a website for my final but I dont have the time...Im willing to pay someone if they want to make this for me but i need it done within 2 days." That made me laugh so hard I almost spit beer all over my keyboard when I read it.
    4. You have what appears to be about a 30 minute project (at most) if you actually DO know how to do this stuff as you claim.

I don't see anywhere in the assignment that it says it has to be aesthetically pleasing, etc. so:

    1. Skip CSS (or styling at all for that matter)
    2. Write up a basic/crappy B.S. HTML file that includes one JS in the <head> with all the actions needed (i.e., loop through an array of 3 things you have to do with your life -- I'm thinking "Homework" "Video Games" and "Take No for an Answer" would work).
    3. Use the if-else function to say something like, IF I have to do Homework or Take No for an Answer, I insult people. ELSE, I play Video Games and pay people to do my homework.
    4. Use the onload function to call an alert msg (because everyone LOVES those!) and use it to tell your professor that you think he's an a**hole and that his class and assignments are an utter waste of your precious time.

See there, I didn't do you homework for you, but gave you some advice that is on par with your original question. Good luck with life. You're gonna need it

ok....you guys could have said that in the first place. But instead you guys tried to basically tell me how dumb i was for posting in the forum.
I wasnt demanding for anyones help either, i was simply asking for help.
HELP was clearly in the title.

EDIT: Thank you EpicWebDesign, you answered the way i hoped someone would have, and also seem to be the only nice professional on this forum. Thank you

Oh.... Not quite sure how to respond to that. My suggestions for your homework were completely sarcastic! If I helped you to understand the rules here, or that you need to grow up a bit and take responsibility, then I'm glad I could help you in that regard. But for the love of all that's holy, please don't take the advice I gave you for the homework assignment!!

HAHAHAHAHA! I just fell out laughing when I saw that he actually thanked me (using the thanks system AND in a post) for my "suggested" homework solution! Still laughing. Apparently, sarcasm is lost on some people.

I'm just waiting to see him come back here when he fails that miserably and blames me for it. Seriously, how could you NOT read the sarcasm in my suggestions for how to do the assignment?

Ahhh... but it was a good laugh around the office!

Wait a minute... are you telling me... insulting the professor is NOT the way to get good grades? That's what I did wrong all those years ago...

    Yeah... not so much.

This kind of reminds me of when I bought my philosophy professor a bottle of Glenlivet, nicely aged scotch, in order to pass his class (we're talking late 80's/early 90's here) and I swear this guy was the doppelganger of Timothy Leary! HAHAHA

Sitting thru even a single session was a mind-trip that took so many mental detours that I don't think anyone could follow. It's the one and only time I decided to bribe for a grade because I literally had NO idea what he was trying to teach us, or what I was supposed to take away from the class.

Every class was like watching the classic "Clockwork Orange" movie, but in reverse... strangely intriguing, yet completely nonsensical. It was a fun trip down the rabbit hole with Alice though....

P.S. Thumbs up to anyone who is old enough to even understand half the references in this post
