    help with having multiple scripts...

    Hi There,
I came to this site yesterday to get some help with 3rd-image rollovers. Someon gave me a great resource to use. It worked fine when I was using the sample page from

Now, I have taken that code that I modified and was working in it's own page and tried to bring it into another page. On this "other" page there are multiple java scripts( that I did not write/place in) responsible for running a navigation panel and other such things.

My question is this, does it matter the order of how the scripts appear in the code? When I test the page, I initially see the images, and then when I go to rollover the image, both the rolloer image and the "3rd" image do not appear.

Any help is much appreciated, and I hope this is clear!

I use this rule of thumb:

Unless a script is requiring the existence of an object/element, your script should be loaded inside your head tags...

Another thing to make sure of when u add scripts

make sure that no function names in the new scrips corresponds to some in the old scripts.

make sure that no global variable has the same name as global varirable in the old scripts.

if any of the occurs change the names either in new script or old script, do not change the names in both scripts.
