can I do this without Javascript?????

I run a small nonprofit org, and am looking to upgrade our site to something cleaner like UNBOUNDARY'S website here:

    http://www.unboundary.com/

Don't laugh, but I build our website with Microsoft Publisher, so I don't know any Code or Javascript.

Is there any way I can have this "middle scrolling frame" like they do without having to know code. Perhaps an easy cut & paste code I can embed to give me that middle frame.

Any assistance you can give is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    DOC

There is no cut and paste code for something like that, unless of course you copy and paste their entire site, then somehow mash your style and content in over the top of it.

Learning HTML is easy. A good way to find out how the basic logic of it works would be to view the source of your site, then make small changes in Publisher and see what code appears where.

If you ask about a scrolling box in the HTML & CSS section I'm sure there will be many people willing to offer advice.
