Closing drop menus and more (help)
I am not a pro with JS so am asking for some hel por guidance here.
I run this blog and would the 2 top rows of boxes to be able to close and reopen on command. It would be something like how this works (Here)
I would like (if it can be done) a timer to close (Or open) one of the top box sets at a time i pick.
Can this be done? Everything I have tried seems to fail badly... And every drop menu I find seems to only work with links and not page content... Maybe there has just not been a need for it? or it cant be done.
My other question is related to these type of menus (Here)
I have tried placing code into these instead of links but have not been able to get it to work. As i have said before I am not very good at working with js so it just be me...
It would be for another design I will be working on... But id like to be able to have a whole sidebar of content inside a menu like this... Can that be done? The menu would be changing using widgets that Wordpress creates so it could go off screen or it could change in width depending on the widget (Id try not to let this happen though).
Any scripts would need to work in Firefox (A must) and IE6+ and I am not sure if people are checking but also Chrome... But it is not a worry)
Any feedback would be GREAT,
