    Hover buttons flicker onmouseover

    Hi everyone!

    I'm stuck and need a little help if possible. If you navigate to the following page http://gorillaonemedia.com/ and scroll down to the laptop. Hover over it to see the next/previous buttons, you'll notice that when you hover over the images the buttons fade in. This is good, but once you hover over the buttons, you'll notice that they start to flicker. How do I keep them from flickering and have them show onmouseover the whole canvas?? When you onmouseout the buttons fadeout like they should. Thanks in advance

    This is the current jquery:
    Code:
      $(".flexslider ul.slides li").mouseenter(function () {
             $("ul.flex-direction-nav li").fadeIn(300).css('display','block');
    		     $(this).mouseout(function () {
             $("ul.flex-direction-nav li").fadeOut(300);
      });
      });

    Things are well hidden in this code. Found the <ul class="slides"> but not the <ul class="flex-direction-nav">

    But here's what I was going to change:
    Tjhe mouseout function () is inside the mouseenter function (). which would cause flashing. Make it a separate function.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply, but unfortunatly this didnt help. Here is the code that I updated given your expertise

    Code:
      $(".flexslider ul.slides li").mouseenter(function () {
             $("ul.flex-direction-nav li").fadeIn(300).css('display','block');
      });
      $(".flexslider ul.slides li").mouseout(function () {
             $("ul.flex-direction-nav li").fadeOut(300);
      });
    Still flickers. Any ideas??

    Thanks in advance!

    OK, as I said above "but not the <ul class="flex-direction-nav">" so what we have is two functions fighting each other. You will have to find the function at puts the arrows in your div and blank it out there or get a different plug-in that does control them.
