    Coin Slider

    Hey guys, I need some help with coin slider because it is not working. I will appreciate a lot.

    here is the code:

    in the head section:

    <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/x-icon" href="/gfx/favicon.ico" />

    <script type="text/javascript" src="/jquery-1.4.2.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/coin-slider.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/base.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.colorbox.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.flash.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.jcarousel.min.js"></script>

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/coin-slider-styles.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/general.css" />

    in the body section:

    <div id="coin-slider">
    <a href="/contacts/page.html">
    <img src="/UserFiles/ZDIAR-2007.jpg">
    <span>
    Zdiar
    </span>
    </a>
    <a href="/contacts/page.html">
    <img src="/UserFiles/ZDIAR-2007.jpg">
    <span>
    Zdiar2
    </span>
    </a>
    </div>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(document).ready(function() {
    $('#coin-slider').coinslider();
    });
    </script>

    Did you put the coin slider files in a folder? I would have. See this:
    Code:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="coin-slider.min.js"></script> MINE WOULD BE IN THE FOLDER NAMED JAVASCRIPT
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="coin-slider-styles.css" type="text/css">MINE WOULD BE IN A FOLDER NAMED CSS
    So my code would be:
    Code:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="javascript/coin-slider.min.js"></script>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/coin-slider-styles.css" type="text/css">
    Next your using the same image "ZDIAR-2007.jpg" would that effect it? Try two different images.
    Just tried one image and everything stops.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/coin-slider.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/coin-slider.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/base.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.colorbox.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.flash.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="/js/jquery.jcarousel.min.js"></script>

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/coin-slider-styles.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/css/general.css" />
    Code:
    <div id="coin-slider">
      <a href="/contacts/page.html">
        <img src="/UserFiles/poznancolor.jpg">
        <span>
          Zdiar
        </span>
      </a>
      <a href="/contacts/page.html">
        <img src="/UserFiles/poznanblack.jpg">
        <span>
          Zdiar2
        </span>
      </a>
    </div>
    <script type="text/javascript">
      $(document).ready(function() {
        $('#coin-slider').coinslider({ width: 225px, navigation: false, delay: 5000 });
      });
    </script>

    Read this sticky.
    Also, if you are using a script that depends on some kind of framework (in your case jQuery) then the core framework (in your case jQuery) must be referenced first, then the dependencies.
