    HTML, and Flash

    Hello, I am not sure how to do this. I am wanting to take a Macromedia Flash Movie, or Video (can make either) and make it into a HTML Code. Basicly what I am wanting to do is I have a item that I am going to video record, I have the software to turn it into a Macromedia Flahs Movie or Video. I need to put this in to a HTML format to upload with a auction description. Please help. Thank you!

    You can use this to put flash on a page.
    Code:
    <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="movie.swf" width="400" height="300">
    <param name="movie" value="movie.swf" />
    </object>
