My Layout breaks when viewed on MAC

Could someone help me out here please. I haven't normally had to worry about how my designs look on a mac, but for this project, it needs to be tested on MACS.
Anyway when viewed on MAC OSX 10 in Opera 6 and Safari 1.2, it breaks.
    Opera 6.2 the navigation disappears.
Safari 1.2 the search box goes under the navigation bar.
    WHY IS THIS?!!
Here is a link to the page http://www.calibrehr.com/new

Okay I got the search items box to sit next to the tagline, by taking out margins on the divs, #tagline and #search.
But I need these margins for the browsers on the PC, is there a hack I could use here?

First, I wouldn't worry about Opera 6 -- us mac users are quite more up to date than the average pc user, thank you

And it looks just fine in Safari version 2.0, so I wouldn't script it to work for 1.2. You're just setting yourself up for troubles.

...and in the future, I WOULD test for us mac users, or atleast just firefox. I work for a multi-million dollar company that is 100% mac... not to mention, a majority of the design community is mac based, most of which have a good desposible income. You comfortable in losing that market? Cause you will if it bombs on our macs...
