    You mean how the page scrolls but the background image doesn't move? To do this you would need to use CSS.
    Code:
    <style type="text/css">
    body {
    background-attachment:fixed;
    }
    </style>
    Since thats an invision board I would assume that you can edit the CSS through your admin control panel, but if you are working with a different type of forum. That css would go in the css for the forum.

    body {
    background-attachment:fixed;
    }

    put that in the rest of the code where your theme is.

    It would go in your .css file. If you don't know where or what that is then show us a link to your site.

    Code:
    body {
    font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif;
    font-size: 11px;
    color: #000;
    margin:1px 50px 1px 50px;
    background:
    url(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v346/rockerz/ut2.gif)
    fixed
    }
    is that what you're tryin to do?

    also: css should be lowercase, and your header image (lancerlogo3.jpg) is TOO big... make it a background, shorten it.

    if my solution didn't answer your question, ask it again.

    where's your animation?
    what?
    what are you trying to do?
    what about that other css?

    that scrolling text on 'example' is:

    Code:
    <marquee> "animated text goes here" </marquee>

    does that answer your question ?
