    answer to first question add margin:0px; to the h2 css, and 1.5 what? line-height? well if you set the font-size then just make the line-height equal to the font-size

    Thanks!

    Does anyone know how I would go about getting the News section to appear under the links:external.

    Also, I still can't figure out why the <h2> element isn't working the same way in the news section as it is in the links section (it should be bolded and centered and it seems to be ignoring this). >_>

    Thanks in adavce, again!

    for the news and updates section, to get it underneath the links, dont float it simple as that, and just give your h2's a class and just use css to style those

    Ok I got the news under the links section. Now I think I just have two problems:
    1. I need to make the content go to the right of the menus, it is messed up at the bottom as one can see. >_>
    2. I can't figure out how to make a 10px space between the links and news menus on the left.

    Thanks alot, you've been a big help so far!

    	margin-top:7px;
    	border-bottom:1px solid #D1E0E4;
    }
    #content {
    	width:80%;
    	height:100%;
    	float: right;
    	text-align:justify;
    	text-indent: .5em;
    	margin-right:5px;
    }
    #copyright {
    	color:#c3c3c3;
    	text-align:right;
    	margin:0;
    	padding-right:7px;
    }
    #copyright a {
    	color:#c3c3c3;
    	text-decoration:underline;
    }
    PS the headers in your news section are h3s not h2s

    oops sorry i failed to test it in FF, okay this css is better but the content div seems to be vertically aligning in FF, you may be able to fix this by putting the menu and news in a div of its own float that left and then float the content div left or right either/or
    Code:
    /* CSS Document */

    body {
    	font-family:Arial, sans-serif;
    	font-size: 65%;
    	color:#55737A;
    	margin:0px;
    	margin-top:25px;
    	margin-bottom:25px;
    	background:#F7FDFF;
    	width:100%;
    }
    #container {
    	width:78%;
    	margin: 0 auto;
    }
    #border {
    	border:1px solid #D1E0E4;
    }
    #header {
    	text-transform: uppercase;
    	font-size:120%;
    	font-weight: bold;
    	height:inherit;
    	width:100%;
    }
    .one {
    	color:#5A8F9B;
    }
    .two {
    	color:#C0BC4B;
    }
    .three {
    	color:#97BBC3;
    	width:100%;
    }
