    Background Image

    I'm using a background style to display a horizontal line on a page. Is there anyway I can get it to stop repeating (at a certain number of pixels) from the left?

    This is what I'm using so far but I don't want it to go all the way across - only from the right.

    Code:
    <style type="text/css">
    body {
    background-color: black;
    background-image: url('DottedLine2.gif');
    background-repeat: repeat-x;
    background-position: bottom center;
    background-attachment: fixed;
    margin: 0px
    }
    <style>
    Is this possible to do?

    okay so you are just trying to display one line of "dots"? you may be able to accomplish the same thing by styling a horizontal rule, check this thread out http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?t=53817, then u can use css positioning to put the hr tag with the background image anywhere u like
