    Question website changing sizes...how do i keep it the same?

    i want my website to maintain it's size no matter what size of browser window a person is using. how is this done?

    put everything under the heading in a container div and fix the width?

    looking at it something like 900px might work. you'll have to retool the css though so that the images go over the header like that. negative margins.

    like wrap everything in this and see how it works:

    #container {
    width: 900px;
    margin: auto;
    top: -30px;
    }


    <div class="title"></div>
    <div id="container">
    everything else
    </div>

    not sure on the px's but a working start none the less

    hmm...no easier fix?

    i'm not very good at coding. is there no easier way to do this? thanks though.
