    the only method is:

    <form action="mailto:email@blah.com" method="post" enctype="text/plain">

    ... form

    </form>

    But its insecure, and will not work if the user doesnt have outlook or another type of mail client installed. It will also bring up a security warning and they will have to send it manually.

    P.S: you should always have form elements within a <form> tag.

    If your host doesn't support cgi/asp/php, you could always use a free remotely hosted form mailer. Take a peek at hotscripts.com under remotely hosted/form processors.
