    link don't work on ipad, I think css error

    I have a question. At the right top on CreaBead groothandel.nl - groothandel in kralen en accessoires you see 2 links: 'Inloggen / Nieuwe klant' and 'Klantenservice'. I didn't change anything but since some time the first link doesn't work on mobile phone or ipad (nothing happens), only the second link works. On computer / laptop we don't have this problem.
    This is the code:
    Code:
    	<div style="background:none; position:absolute; left:0px; top:0px; width:100%; height:25px; font-size:11px; color:#333;">
    		<div style="margin:0px auto; min-width:1000px; width:100%; max-width:1400px; text-align:right; line-height:25px; position:relative;">
    													<a href="/mijnaccount/">Inloggen / Nieuwe klant</a> |
    											 <a style="margin-right:10px;" href="/klantenservice/">Klantenservice</a>
    		</div>
    	</div>
    I must admit I am very bad with css (I didn't program it), if I change it to this (one div instead of 2) the link does work but the lay-out isn't anymore like it should be.
    Code:
    	<div style="background:none; position:absolute; left:0px; top:0px; width:100%; height:25px; font-size:11px; color:#333;margin:0px auto; min-width:1000px; width:100%; max-width:1400px; text-align:right; line-height:25px; position:relative;">
    													<a href="/mijnaccount/">Inloggen / Nieuwe klant</a> |
    											 <a style="margin-right:10px;" href="/klantenservice/">Klantenservice</a>
    	</div>
    Does anybode have an idea what the problem is?
    Thanks a lot in advance!!
