Validation error: attribute charset on element meta

Bad value iso-8859-1 for attribute charset on element meta: iso-8859-1 is not a preferred encoding name. The preferred label for this encoding is windows-1252.

Can I just do a straight swap iso-8859-1 and replace with windows-1252 or do I actually not need to do anything at all? Or something else?

Thank you in advance if you are able to help me.
