    getting image from post

I had a script working but it stopped and im not sure the issue
I need my image source to be a link and not an image so that I can track an affiliate code

    here is a sample

    http://koshercasual.com/test1.html

image source of this is http://www.koshercasual.com/testa.asp

which loads the image when you call te page itself but it doesn't load in the first page

Can anyone spot where the issue is?

Looking at the source of your asp page - http://www.koshercasual.com/testa.asp

It was found that it returns the HTML content with IMG tag and the source of image attached to it.

so, logically, the browser is trying to add the IMG tag as a source of another IMG tag. Which is literally not possible.

What you need to do in your asp page is to return just an image in the form of bytes. No HTML at all.

    The concept was -
    1) set source of the image as your server file, rather then an image file. Something like -
    Code:
    Code:
    <img src="http://www.koshercasual.com/testa.asp?param1=value1">
    2) on the server, track an affiliate code and fetch the image
    3) the image will be returned from the server (by writing it as binary file)

    Hope it helps you out...

    Regards,

Name of the image is not important. You actually need convert the image into binary data and then return from server.
