    Question Image will show in FF but not IE? Why ?

    Hello Everyone,

    I am having an issue with an image showing in IE 9.

    I started to make a website in dream weaver C6 and have added many images successfully. Several images show in IE 9 and FF but it is just this one image. It appears when viewing the site in FF but not IE9.

    The site isn't online yet so i can't provide you with a link sadly but here is the code in question.

    CODE:
    Code:
    <div id="rightSidebar">
    	   <p><center> Want to advertise here?<br>
        <a href="contactus.html">Fill in our contact us form</a></center> </p>
           <p><CENTER>Other Apps</CENTER></p>

         <p><center><img src="ebaymOBAPP.PNG" width="150" height="150" alt="EBAY MOBILE APP" </center></p>
         <p>RIGHT BARRr</p>

    	 </div>
    STYLE SHEET CODE:
    Code:
    div#rightSidebar {
    	width: 200px;
    	position: absolute;
    	top: 290px;
    	left: 615px;
    	margin-right: 10;
    	font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
    	font-size: large;
    	background-color: #666;
    }
    When viewing in IE the space where the image should be appears white with a little red cross in the top right hand corner.

    Any ideas?

    All images are in the same format?

    You tested your site on chrome, opera?

    Yes all the images on my site are .png to my knowledge. The only thing that is different with this is image is that it is center'ed but that shouldn't make a difference should it?

    I have only got FF and IE. I will get chrome now.

    I have just tried to upload to this site and it says -
    ebaymobapp.PNG:
    This JPEG image has the incorrect file extension.

    Fixed !

    When the email was emailed to me and i downloaded it. It was saved as a .PNG and the actual image is meant to be jpeg thanks to trying to upload to this site it answered my question.

    Thanks All.
