    background image and wrapper match up

    Hello,
    I have a background image that coincides with my web page. When I move the size of the browser around, the background image moves around with it. How can I position it to stay put so the image matches up with the images inside my wrapper (the banner and footer images)?

    For example, I am trying to make it look as if the webpage is taped to the background, here are the comp pictures:
    index page comp: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...at122928PM.png
    page+background comp: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...at122803PM.png
    background comp: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...at122649PM.png

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    It does help to see the code your using. But here's a stab at it using your images:
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
    <html>
    <head>
    <style type="text/css">
    body{
     background: url('http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v291/MandieLicious/screenshots/Screenshot2012-06-06at122803PM.png') no-repeat center top;
    }
    </style>
    </head>
    <body>

    </body>
    </html>
