    Smile HTML links border pictures

    I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the links not to border pictures in a html document. I know this is probably a newb question but I am new to this and am trying to learn from the ground up. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Here's an example of what I'm talking about.

    a href="http://www.youtube.com" img src="images/youtube.png"

    I took the open and close tags out because I didn't know if you can post them in here or not. The link shows up around my youtube picture. I was wondering if there's something I can type in there to make that not happen.

    In your css, add this style:

    Code:
    a img {
    border:none;
    }
    That will remove that border that shows around any image that is a link.

    Smile One more thing

    What if I'm not saving as .css but .html instead? Is there a way to make it happen in the .html saved file or should I save as .css and forget HTML?

    Thank you, gribs100. That fixed it. I had to learn a little bit of css to understand it but it works now. Many thanks.
