    Can you wrap a present without wrapping paper? lol

    Not sure how to answer you. CSS is for styling a webpage, therefore you have to use CSS to present your document in the manner you wish. Whether it's inline, embedded, or external, its all a means to "style" an element. Not sure why you'd NOT want to use CSS anyway??

    I can... with a brown paper bag

    @OP...
    If you are referring to the old <center> tags, the answer is no... those are long gone... you can easily use CSS though and set a margin:0px auto; for the element you are trying to center

    Note: Center with regards to horizontal

    I code C hash-tag .Net
    Reference: W3C W3CWiki .Net Lib
    Validate: html CSS
    Debug: Chrome FireFox IE
