    text links query

On a webpage I have some text links using the <a> tag.

I wish to have some text links elsewhere on the page but with the text in a different colour.
Could anyone please tell me how to do this?

I know it can be done in CSS coding but I don't know how.
Also can it be done using Dreamweaver CS4.

    All help much appreciated
