    why is the sign in button a form field?

    Ok so I have this sign in button:
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN">
    <html>
    <head>
    <meta name="generator" content="HTML Tidy for Linux (vers 6 November 2007), see www.w3.org">
    <title></title>
    </head>
    <body>
    <form action="/auth/" method="post">
    <input type="text" name="email" value="Email">
    <input type="password" name="password" value="Password">
    <input type="sumbit" value="Sign In">
    </form>
    </body>
    </html>
    But for some reason it shows up on the page as a field. Kinda hard to explain so heres the page its on: test.xtraz.cz.cc/auth/login
