    Question unexpected styling being added to my page causing it to appear incorrectly?

    Hi All,

    firstly merry christmas hope you have all had a great day!

    i have a little problem with my search feature for some reason when trying to search for a product it adds a left position of 717.5px??? but im not sure why so the ul appears in the middle of the search bar and not at the beginning also its adding scroll bars to my header div instead of just appearing over the top of everything?

    here is my header css
    Code:
    #header {
    	margin:0 auto;
    	width:982px;
    	/*height:210px;
    	z-index:1;*/
    	padding:5px;
    	background-color:#FFFFFF;
    	overflow:auto;
    	position:relative;
    }
    and here is my page
    Code:
    http://www.kernow-connect.com/
    if anyone can please shed some light on this id really appreciate it.

    many thanks
    Luke

    ok i have managed to sort out the added scroll bars when the search results are being shown, had to change the overflow from auto to visable in my #header css but im still having the problem of the additional left styling which im not sure how or why its being applied.

    anyone have any ideas?
    thanks
