    Exclamation IE Media Queries Workaround?

    Is there any workaround for IE and media queries?

    I've managed to get my site working on FF, Opera, Chrome and Safari and I know IE doesn't support media queries at the present time, but I need a workaround for it, without messing up the code I currently have. I can't seem to find one specifically for Internet Explorer.

    this is what I have so far: HTML

        <META http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1250">
        <META name="generator" content="PSPad editor, www.pspad.com">
        <TITLE>E-co Technologies</TITLE>
        <LINK rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='Styles.css'>
          <LINK rel='stylesheet' media='screen and (max-width: 700px)' href='narrow.css'>
          <LINK rel='stylesheet' media='screen and (min-width: 701px) and (max-width: 900px)' href='medium.css'>
          <LINK rel='stylesheet' media='screen and (min-width: 901px)' href='wide.css'>
    Then I have the code in each style sheet to alter the divs.

    Help ASAP would be great!

    I'm working on an alternative to Media Queries, Variable HTML.

    If you are interested I shoudl have teh downloads and contact information ready in a few weeks.

    The process has an automatic workaround built in. You would define all but one of your stylesheets and alternate stylesheets, the other as a standard stylesheet. If the page is viewed by one of hte less than 5% of browsers with JavaScript turned off, or if it fails for any reason, the default (standard) stylesheet would display the page. If it works, and it should, then the script will determine which of the 3 stylesheets should he active, adn turn that one on and the others off.
