    Can not access webpage.

When I try to access my web page at http://jjqgenesis.com/ I receive the message
Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ________________________________________
    Apache/1.3.33 Server at jjqgenesis.com Port 80

However, if I use http://jjqgenesis.com/Index.html I can access the webpage.
Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
This is the code for the Index.html
    And thank you for help.

Not sure if it will help, but I think addresses are case sensitive.
You may try renaming Index.html to index.html

What folder does your hosting company require you to make the root? Some companies have a folder called httpdocs and require you to put your site files there. You should email or chat with tech support of your hosting company to find out.

If you remove Index.html and upload index.html it might work.

Remove the first capital letter of "I" and put small letter "i"
