Exclamation css working in IE but not firefox

    http://ecovitro.co.uk/
The CSS was working and now has just stopped?

I have a contractor working on the seo, adding google analytics. I have thown it back to them and they say the work they have done should not have affected anything.
However they did commemnt on something else, our contractor developer did, that may be relevant to the solutions

We’ve found an issue within the code on the line

    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="chrome://mozbar/skin/injected.css" />

What is this line for? may cause security errors in Firefox and Chrome

Again the main issue is the CSS not working for firefox. Any help from the guru collection would be GREATLY apprecaited.

    What is this line for?
It is the line which links an external stylesheet to the HTML, allowing the code in the cascading style sheet to affect the HTML.

It is done like this in order to take full advantage of CSS's role in seperating style from content.

Thanks Doc V. The issue is that the style sheet works in IE but not in firefox ?

Is it this line that is causing the problem or something else, for example the google analytics. I am not code guru and just cannot understand why the css work in one and not in the other.

The CSS appears to be working fine in Firefox. Your page is styled just fine. As for that line it looks like the developer may have included a browser stylesheet. Firefox doesn't know how to open that stylesheet and neither does chrome so I'm not sure why it is there. If you remove it do things mess up? I don't think they would.

You wouldn't, by any chance, be browsing it with styles turned off in Firefox, would you...?

    Just a thought.

Thanks for your time on this, Dr V do like the obvious start, and was not aware that you could turn off style sheets. As other websites would not work this is not the case.

As the seo guys also got the fault I have ruled out a fault with my pc or firefox.

This link shows what am seeing (do hope I am allowed to include this url)
    http://ecovitro.co.uk/error/Copyofec...heet-error.jpg

And like I said earlier it was working then it just stopped. Mr _Aerospace_Eng_ I will remove the ref for chrome and see if that causes an effect.

    Cheers 4 now

Yeah, promomdis, I just ventured it, on the offchance. You never know, sometimes. Always go for the simplest thing first, etc. Glad the issue is resolved. Yes, it's the place to get help.
