    White padding to the left?

    OK so, I'm designing a website but have come across a error.

    Do you see the white space to the left?
    How can I get rid of it?

    Here is the code I am using:

    Code:
    #header {
    	        position: fixed !important;
    		background-image: url(http://i46.tinypic.com/fdvorm.png);
    		top: 0px;
    		height: 77px;
    		width: 100%;
    		background-repeat: repeat-x;
    I have tried margin, padding and !important on the width, but no luck.

    Thanks,
    Latchy

    Agree with SB65 that we need more info, but just for kicks, have you reset your browser default padding and margins? Try putting this at the beginning of your CSS:

    Code:
    * {
       padding:0;
       margin:0;
    }
    This clears out any default padding and margin that a browser assigns to an object.
