    Hello e111982,
You are seeing the page shift over the width of the scrollbar that appears to scroll the longer content. The browsers your page "works" in probably already have a scrollbar there by default.

The solution is to force all browsers to have a scrollbar, even when the content is not long enough to require it.
See how to force a scrollbar.
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad

Just let it shift. That’s nothing to worry about as it is the “natural” behavior.
