Embedding youtube videos by rank or viewcount
I'm looking for some help and/or advice with embedding youtube videos into a simple html page.
What I am curious about is whether or not it would possible to embed videos based on their current view count on youtube itself.
Essentially what I am trying to do is code up a small page that will have, for example, the top 5 most viewed youtube videos of the day (or year, or all time, or whatever) automatically embedded. Perhaps it would update daily or at each refresh, presumably pulling the data from someplace on youtube, like here:
...this of course is the youtube RSS feed for most viewed videos of all time.
Anyone have any ideas or advice along this line? Again, I'm looking to have the videos embed themselves automatically rather than just an RSS feed or links or something on the page.
