    dropdown menu positioning and quirks

    Hi,

I am almost ready to launch this site: www.racedaystaff.com (log in as forum/pass)

Click the proceed to site (if you're in IE6, it's off to the left - that's another thing i'm trying to fix).. but the main problem is the drop-down signin menu that looks really wacky in IE6.

It also displays in a different position on Safari and Firefox.. slightly left or right depending.

I'd be really appreciative if someone could take a look.. i'm so close, yet so far !! Thanks!!

    Hello samuurai,
I'm able to view every page on the site without logging in. When I did log-in, forum/pass did not work.

You have doubled up on your DocType, one should be deleted... I'm not sure how much that's going to fix though, if anything.
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
