    Need advice please

Hey there people, i'm hoping there is a simple answer to this as on a scale of 1-10 of ability i'm afraid i am at about 2.

Basically i have made a website and i update content on a weekly basis. I understand that due to the caching of the website data, every time i load it up again it displays without the changes being made. Unfortunately so will everybody else who uses the site. (Unless you manually refresh the page!)

I want the page to reload all data every time it is accessed. Is there a simple code i can place in the html file to do this.

I am using dreamweaver to maintain my website if this helps.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section or if it is a duplicate of another post... i did check before hand briefly.

    Many thanks in advance

    Hello Whituk,
Add this line to the head of your document - <meta http-equiv="CACHE-CONTROL" content="NO-CACHE" />

There may be some help here for you as well.
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
