    validating code

I have one error not validating in xhtml transitional, I can't fix it what ever I do. Please could a more experienced member explain what's wrong?

Line 60, Column 34: required attribute "rows" not specified
    Enquiry: <textarea name="enquiry"></textarea>

    The code:

    Code:
    Enquiry: <textarea name="enquiry"></textarea>

You need to specify how large the text area is.

You do this via rows and columns, i'm certain you can do it in the "standard" ways. pixels, percentages, em

    Example:
    Code:
    <textarea name="enquiry" rows="5" cols="35"></textarea>

The textarea tag requires a rows parameter and it's usually good to also use the cols parameter tool

    Code:
    Enquiry: <textarea name="enquiry" rows="2" cols="20"></textarea>

The number of rows (and columns, actually) are required attributes of textarea. For example:

    Code:
    <textarea name="enquiry" rows="5" cols="30"></textarea>
for 5 rows and 30 columns.
