    Extra lines in menu

    I'm working on this site:
    http://emilydickinson.us

    And after adding the links to the menu bar, there are now six vertical lines after Contact.

    Where would they be in the style sheet and how do I get rid of them?

    Here is the code of these vertical lines inside your html file:

    Code:
    <ul id="menu">
    <li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us">Home</a> |</li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/emily.html">About Emily</a> |</li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/pam.html">About Pam</a> |</li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/news.html">News</a> |</li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/media.html">Media</a> |</li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/booking.html">Booking</a> |</li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/contact.html">Contact</a></li>
    		</ul>
    Software and cathedrals are much the same - first we build them, then we pray.

    Hello vinoman2, You could move the | inside the <a> tags like this :
    Code:
    <!-- Menu -->
    	<div id="menu-box" class="cleaning-box">
    	<a href="#skip-menu" class="hidden">Skip menu</a>
    		<ul id="menu">
    <li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us">Home |</a></li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/emily.html">About Emily |</a> </li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/pam.html">About Pam |</a></li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/news.html">News |</a></li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/media.html">Media |</a></li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/booking.html">Booking |</a></li>
    				<li><a href="http://emilydickinson.us/contact.html">Contact |</a></li>
    		</ul>
    	</div>
    	<!-- Menu end -->

    That's OK I just removed the lines. I also need to add a left border to the HOME button.
