    List style image different in firefox and internet explorer

    I'm having some problems with way lists are displaying when I use a custom image.

    In firefox it displays like this http://i43.tinypic.com/uwxnb.jpg

    and in explorer it displays like this http://i39.tinypic.com/14bhqr.jpg

    How can I make them show the same thing? I want the left side of the image to be line up with the L in the title.

    Another problem I have is when I click refresh in explorer the links go like this http://i39.tinypic.com/2yngcjm.jpg

    Here is the code I'm using
    Code:
    ul#base{
    	margin: 0 0 0 0;
    	width: 290px;
    	padding: 0px 25px 0px 25px;
            list-style-image: url(images/document_icon.png);
    }

    li {
            margin: 1.3em 0 0 0;
    }
    Thanks for any help

    Try
    Code:
    list-style: url(images/document_icon.png) top;
