    Is there a way to fix a websites resolution so it is always displayed the same size?

    I was wondering if there is a way to fix my websites resolution so that it will always load at a set resolution no matter who views it?

    I wouldn't imagine so, as certain monitors/PCs are only capable of certain resolutions...

    I dont think you can create a website to load at a set resolution but you can make it be a specific width and height. Assuming you are using CSS then you need to set the width of the wrapper/mainbody to auto rather than a fixed value

    Something like

    Code:
    #wrapper
    {
    width:auto;
    height:auto;
    margin: 0 auto;
    min-width:700px;
    background-color:#FFFFFF;
    }
    This sets the width to be automatic so that it strecthes with the resolution but will only go as far as 700px wide thanks to the min-width value.

    Could do the same for the height using min-height
