    Question Change background of active page using CSS

    Hi,

    I have got a dummy website and am wondering where to change the background colour of active pages in the CSS script (which is attached).

    The website is:

    http://www.dmucomputing.co.uk/phptest37/page.html

    I have a bit of time trying to modify the CSS (to see what effect it has on the page), but so far have been unsuccessful.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    I would have thought it would be here:

    body
    {
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 0;
    background-color: #D0D0BE;
    }

    to change the background colour of pages.

    The basic concept is to add an id to the body tag and then adjust the css to suit based on the body id value as described here

    Why did you cross post the same question? Have you tried to follow that link that I've given in your other thread?
