    DIV messing up stretching page and not staying in table

    I am having two problem right now. My div to the right is messing up and stretching the page. I just need it to stay inside the border. My div to the left is going down below the border, covering things up, where it should be staying inside the div.

    I used to code stuff some years ago but am rusty and just getting back to it so I need help. Someone please help me, thank you!

    link to page: http://www.boards.nsgstation.com/media.php

    Code: (it's inside the php but the problem is in the html)

    Code:
    	$output = "<div style=\"width: 621px; margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 0px; float: left; text-left: right; background: transparent;\">
    	<table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" border=\"0\" align=\"center\" width=\"100%\">
    	<tr>
    		<td width=\"1%\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_tl.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>
    		<td width=\"98%\" style=\"background: url(images/blue_default/bh2_top.png);\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_top.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>
    		<td width=\"1%\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_tr.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>
    	</tr>

    	<tr>
    		<td width=\"1%\" style=\"background: url(images/blue_default/bh2_leftbg.png);\" valign=\"top\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_left.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>
    		<td width=\"98%\" style=\"background: url(images/blue_default/bh2_bg.png);\">

    			<div style=\"background: url(images/blue_default/bh2_tbg.png) repeat-x; height: 150px; position: relative;\">

    				<img src=\"images/blue_default/home_video.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 8px; position: relative;\" />

    					<div id=\"video\">

    				<table cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\">
    ".$anime."

    				</table>
    					</div>

    				</div>
    			</td>
    			<td width=\"1%\" style=\"background: url(images/blue_default/bh2_rightbg.png);\" valign=\"top\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_right.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>

    		</tr>
    		</table>

    		<table align=\"center\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\">
    		<tr>
    			<td width=\"1%\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_bl.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>
    			<td width=\"98%\" style=\"margin: 0; padding: 0; background: url(images/blue_default/bh2_bot.png);\"></td>
    			<td width=\"1%\"><img src=\"images/blue_default/bh2_br.png\" alt=\"\" /></td>
    		</tr>
    		</table></div>";
    $anime is this right here:

    Code:
    while($row = fetchResultArray($exe)){
                   // 4 images per row
             $i++; // Only goes from 1-4
    $stuff .= "<td width='20%'><a href=media.php?type=".$row[type]."&action=view&ID=".$row[id].">
    <img style='border-width:2px; border-style:solid; border-color:#fff;' src=".$row[image]." height=120 width=145 border=0></a><br>
    <a href=media.php?action=search&type=".$row[type]."&query=".$row[name]."><font size='0.8pt'>".$row[name]."</font></a></TD>";

             if($i == 4){
               $anime .= "<tr valign=\"top\">".$stuff."</tr>\n";
               $stuff = "";
               $i = 0;
             }
    }
