    <a href="http://test3.saversites.com"><h1>Casey Janssen</h1></a>
One possible cause for this message is that you have attempted to put a block-level element (such as "<p>" or "<table>") inside an inline element (such as "<a>", "<span>", or "<font>").
That's obvious! You can't have a block level element like h1,div etc inside inline elements like a,span etc

    477 .wp-caption Property -moz-border-radius doesn't exist : 3px
    478 .wp-caption Property -khtml-border-radius doesn't exist : 3px
    479 .wp-caption Property -webkit-border-radius doesn't exist : 3px
These are browser specific properties(and no way to get them in IE), so just ignore the errors and be happy with what you are getting for your layout.

Abduraooft has covered the first four xHTML errors, to fix them just reorder the tags.

    Code:
    <h1><a href="http://test3.saversites.com">Casey Janssen</a></h1>
The other error is on line 162. You have some code between your <ul> </ul> tags which is not within <li> tags. I believe this is what you wanted.

    Code:
    <li><a href="http://www.saversites.com" title="Affordable Website Design">Website Design</a></li>
    <li> &nbsp;Copyright &copy; 2009 </li></ul>
