Could you post a live link to your page?

Let me ask, why do you need to use dir="rtl" on your <html>?

i used dir=rtl to make the site on the right side, beside it is main thing in alot of css and html codes, and if i wanna remove it then i have to edit the all site and sure i can't do that for now cauze of only one menu !!

so please just have a look at the code and try it on ur local host , it will work very good except the scroll bar problem

Yes, I've downloaded your code, but I don't have any experience with dir="rtl", so I don't think I can find a reasonable solution for you. Further w3.org says

This attribute specifies the base direction of directionally neutral text (i.e., text that doesn't have inherent directionality as defined in [UNICODE]) in an element's content and attribute values.
I don't think you are in the right direction. You'd need to edit your markup a little bit and change some float values for your requirement.

    Good luck!
