    Menu layering

    Hey guys,

    Im working on a small project for school, I have to add a magazine like animation into my website.

    I found all that I need I just a problem when its all up and running. Basically, my menu, a jQuery menu comes down behind the animation, hiding my navigation. I have an idea that I will need to specify the "z-index" but im not exactly sure.

    CSS

    Thanks.

    Have a try by adding
    Code:
    .navbar ul {magazine.html (line 3)
    position:relative;
    z-index:10;
    }
    and then
    following http://animation.about.com/od/flasha...ashwmode_4.htm
    Most of that is generated when you publish HTML from Flash, but there are two parts that you need to look at:

    <param name="wmode" value="transparent">
    and
    wmode="transparent" inside the <embed src=”etc.”> tag.
