Website Looks Different in IE vs. Firefox

Hi Everyone, I've read a lot and this seems to be a problem for everyone, I've tried a lot of the solutions posted, used the validator.com (started out with 7 errors, now I have 22), can anyone please give me a simple way of fixing this problem. Looks great in IE, bad in Firefox. Thanks in Advance.

    Welcome to the coding forums.

It looks ok to me other then the repeated background on the navigation and block headers.

just add no-repeat; to both images.

and the reason why you are getting alot of errors is because HTML 4.01 relies more on the designer to use CSS instead of putting the attributes in the page itself.also you might wanna think about recoding your site, I see alot of tables.
