Question CSS problem - help needed!!!

    Hi all,

I am designing a website for my local church and decided to use html/css/javascript.

I have used html before but not css, the site works perfect locally on my computer, but when online the header image does not show and the image that is used for the buttons on the menu bar accross the top does not show.

I'm new on here and was wondering if someone can give me some advice on where i have gone wrong???

Am i best posting the code on here or a url???

    Thanks

    G

Make sure that you have uploaded your header image(check the name, extension etc) in to the correct folder, so that it should be accessible via http://www.hopealive.co.uk/images/header.jpg
    (same for http://www.hopealive.co.uk/images/buttons.gif also)

    Resolved

Thanks for the advice, but i have managed to resolve the issue, which turned out to be extremely simple.

header.jpg for some reason had become header.JPG

    and

    buttons.gif had become Buttons.gif

I changed the uppercase letters in the filenames back to lowercase and it all appears to be working now.

    thanks again

    G
