    Player won't align in DIV (IE7)

    I can not get this FLV Player (the video player at middle left) to align center inside the DIV tag correctly (IE7). It drops below center in IE7.
    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Try this.

    Code:
    */
    .twoColElsLtHdr #sidebar1 {
    	float: left;
    	width: 340px; /* the background color will be displayed for the length of the content in the column, but no further */
    	padding: 0; /* top and bottom padding create visual space within this div */
    	height: 400px;
    	margin-left: 20px;
    	margin-top: 30px;	background-image: url(images/media_back2.jpg);
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	margin-bottom: 10px;
    	margin-right: 10px;
    }

    Try to fix all markup errors first, see http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...Inline&group=0

    Do you know which div or class controls it. Although as they are superimposed, moving the box down should have the same effect between the two, although the relationship to the whole page may be wrong.

    Perhaps the position of the player is set in Javascript.

    I wish divs and classes were named better so that they could be identified more easily.

    I embedded the player within the <div id="sidebar_vid">

    Try this.

    Here

    Code:
    .twoColElsLtHdr  #sidebar_vid {padding:0;
               position:absolute;
               left:5.8&#37;;
              top:44.2%;	width: 320px; /* top and bottom padding create visual space within this div */
    	height: 380px;
    	z-index:899;
    	max-height: 380px;
    }
    Adjust as necessary.
