    Question ANNOYING ACTIVEX! onLoad="self.focus()"

    I am using a simple script... here the gist of it:

    <body onLoad="self.focus()">BLAHBLAHBLAH</body>

    Every time I open the page, I need to confirm the active x control or whatever. Stupid windows vista.

    Anyways, is there a way around it? I have seen other websites use the same commands and I do not have to allow windows to open it.

    If you are unsure what I mean, I am talking about the little orange-ish bar that comes down from the address bar when windows thinks you are being attacked.

    Hi ubss,

    You should sit down first and relax

    This activeX control won't show when your page is up on the server already

    But if you really don't like that MOTW to annoy you, then have this code above your HTML tag:
    Code:
    <!-- saved from url=(0014)about:internet -->

    It is also part of internet options on the browsers internet settings to allow Active X.
