    Does this look right. Can't seem to get it to work.

    a.paging:LINK { color:#039; text-decoration: none; }
    a.paging:HOVER { color:#039; text-decoration: underline; }
    a.paging:VISITED { color:#039; text-decoration: none; }
    a.paging:VISITED:HOVER { color:#039; text-decoration: underline; }

    Pseudo-classes are picky about being in the right order. It goes :link, :visited, :hover, then :active.

    Code:
    a.paging:LINK { color:#039; text-decoration: none; }
    a.paging:VISITED { color:#039; text-decoration: none; }
    a.paging:VISITED:HOVER { color:#039; text-decoration: underline; }
    a.paging:HOVER { color:#039; text-decoration: underline; }

    Hmm.. someone from here had posted an easy trick.
    LoVe, HAte.
    So it should be like
    a.paging:link{}
    a.paging:visited{}
    a.paging:hover{}
    a.paging:active{}
