Where do I go from here??

I have just found a super site that I would like to copy and adapt. The site is at http://www.youngpup.net . The author has made all codes etc available for downloading. Now that I have done this and unzipped everything I just do not know where to start. I have learnt javascript pretty well but not dhtml and all the rest. Does anyone want the challenge of offering advice on this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards

    Homer

It's just frames...Why would you want a crummy site like that when there are free templates that would blow it away? Search the web for 'free website templates'.
Zoobie or not Zoobie...That is the problem.

for instance when you see <script src="/blah/blah/file.js"
you could just change that locally to <script src="blah.js"
then place your html document in the same directory as the .js file and it would work. ( provided you copy everything from the .js file on the other site obviously )

its a pretty decent place to start, but the site can definitely be improved. What other languages do you know other than javascript? This site uses quite a few languages including:
html, css, javascript, js, asp, xml
    -WebMark Art
Programming is 80% thinking and 20% spelling
