Easiest way to make a rounded corner background?

I would like to encompass my entire site with a rounded corner that's background is white.

A visual example of what I want it to look like can be found at http://www.minti.com/

I'm thinking I will just create an image, place it in my css as a background?

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?

    Thank you.
I am on my way. :)

Thank you. What is the quickest way to add multiple round corner boxes?

Would you just put a <div> element around everywhere you want one ?

    Thank you.,

Just copy the html they give you and put it wherever you want. They use classes for the corners and boxes so repeating them shouldn't be a problem.
