Question Move to specific part of page after click?

So I don't know if I'm posting in the right forum (I don't even know if what I want is a javascript), but I'm looking for a script that will scroll a page to a specific part when a link is clicked. Going by what I've seen on pages that have it, the link should have something like '#viper' after the url. I hope that made sense.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Welcome.

Anchors? I think you want html although you can do it with js:

    <a href="#z1">Testimonials</a>

then put <a name="z1"></a> at the actual location on your page.
Zoobie or not Zoobie...That is the problem.
