Missing parts after hover or tooltip on IE7

I get this weird error on IE that makes part of the page disappears. The first time the page loads, it's fine and then when I go into the fields on forms and hover on menus, parts of it disappears.

The site is nowhere near ready so there's a lot of bugs... I'm just trying to see how I can fix the template.

    Bad Contact page

Good Page before hover on menu

    After hovering on menu

Thanks... Any help is very much appreciated...

    Hello forpals,
I don't think your going to get much help this way. There is just no way to guess what's wrong.
We need to see your code - give us the link.
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad

Thanks for the reply.... I added the URL, login and password for the site on the first post.

Like I said it's still buggy, I'm just trying to iron out now the templates with all browsers... Again, any help is very much appreciated.

You can see the sidebar menu on the Members and Photo Gallery page.

I was able to fix some of the issue by adding "position: relative;" on some of the tags, but I couldn't figure out why it displays a white border on the right after hovering on some menus and avatar tooltips.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
